Flex in the mix on what was the final 'Rap Exchange' show on Capital FM before Westwood made the move to the BBC and went national (Capital only broadcast to London and surrounding areas).

nice mix there thanks really like that unknown one cant think who it is dont think its paula perry dont say nothing on discogs for sah-b but it does sound like her a bit would be nice to just have that as a track thanks alot again for the mix.

ReplyDeletei was after that Doug E Fresh thing for ages after taping it off a Flex mix. I dont have the tape anymore but did find out that the track is called 'Back In The Days'.
