"This is the remix..."

Heres a nice remix knocked up a while back by myself and
DJ Mystery.
Its Grandmaster Flash's seminal 'The Message' done jacking for beats style.

UPDATE 06/07/09 - LINK REMOVED - Full release soon through Juno Download

"The turntables might wobble but they dont fall down..."

I'm not aware of any other mixes on the net by Jam Master Jay (RIP) so thought I'd get this blog started off with something original.
This is taken from Tim Westwood's Radio 1 show around the time Jason Nevin's house mix of 'Its Like That' was blowing up in Europe.

Strictly classics - EPMD, ATCQ, Eric B & Rakim, etc. Its cool to hear Jay cutting them all up and throwing in a few anecdotes here and there, such as the time he had the choice to sign Common or Onyx and went with Onyx.
